🌸 Nicola’s is a community-led support group dedicated raising awareness of suicide prevention, empowering women through compassion, connection, and care.

🌸 We offer a safe, welcoming space for women to talk, share, and heal — with no judgment and no pressure.

🌸 Whether you’re navigating mental health challenges, living with chronic conditions, or simply in need of a listening ear, you are not alone.

💬 What We Offer

• Free Women's Support Groups

• Join our Nicolas Facebook Support group or attend our in-person sessions at The Westport in Bathgate from 10am till 12 noon, the 2nd & 4th Saturday of every month. Share your story, connect with others, or simply listen — all at your own pace.

• Essential Supplies
  We provide free toiletries for women in need — because dignity and well-being should never be out of reach.

• Resources for Women’s Health. Learn more about mental health, physical health, chronic illness, and reproductive health. We share practical advice and support through a trauma-informed lens.

• A Community That Cares
  Our group is open to all women. We respect every journey, background, and story.

Why Nicola’s?

🌸 Nicola’s was created in memory of Nicola's who sadly died by suicide on the 19th of January 2024, due to living with chronic pain due to endometriosis, being on a long waiting list and her operation being cancelled. 

🌸 Today, it is our mission to raise awareness of mental health and women's health inequalities.
